We at NECSEM place high emphasis on the training and education of our personnel in order for them to stay abreast with the innovations of modern technology. The education system at NECSEM involves all employees with the aim of increasing awareness, personal knowledge and better performance among them. Employees are sent to Japan for training in new technological product. Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students to pursue university degrees. Motivational seminars and talks are held to increase and create greater awareness among employees
